			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tikvat Yisrael is proud to bring you <a href="http://www.tikvatyisrael.org/register/">TY 22</a> featuring three minyan options:  a vibrant Orthodox minyan, a Traditional Egalitarian minyan that is a collaboration of <a href="http://www.anschechesed.org">Ansche Chesed</a> and <a href="http://www.kehilathadar.org/">Kehilat Hadar</a>, and <a href="http://www.shaaraytefilanyc.org/article.aspx?id=19327352864">Shabbat Unplugged</a>: <a href="http://www.shaaraytefilanyc.org">Shaaray Tefila</a>&#8216;s Rockin&#8217; Reform Minyan, followed by dinner, and a talk by <a href="http://www.slifkacenter.org/about/people/rabbi-james-ponet/">Rabbi James Ponet</a>, the Howard M. Holtzman Jewish Chaplain of Yale University.  Rabbi Ponet has led the Yale Jewish community for 30 years, is a graduate of the Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion, a  founding fellow of the Shalom Hartman Institute and has taught classes at both Yale College and the Yale Law school with such notables as Dr. Ruth Westheimer.  He will be delivering a talk entitled &#8220;Why are there Jews in the world?  How Jewish prayer and practice across the spectrum attempts to answer this question&#8221;.</p>
